We’re building a broad national, moral movement led by the poor, low-wage workers, clergy, and the forgotten to take action together. Missouri is one of over 30 states that are organizing across the U.S. to rejuvenate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s 1968 Poor People’s Campaign, to abolish the “triple evils” of racism, economic exploitation, and militarism as well as ecological devastation and to challenge nation’s distorted moral narrative.

Last Monday 100 people turned out for the rally in Jefferson City with 14 taking Nonviolent Moral Fusion Direct Action. Next week hundreds will join together from unions and low wage workers as the campaign addresses the theme: Everybody’s Got the Right To Live – Education, Living Wage, Jobs, Income Housing. We need you there!
